RS Building Consultancy Ltd were instructed by a UK logistics company to oversee enabling and demolition works undertaken by the Landlord for a 37,000 sq ft industrial unit on Bridgend Industrial Estate prior to occupation/Lease agreement.
Consultancy advice was extended to provide a detailed Schedule of Condition in advance of their new 15 year Lease, limiting repairing obligations and dilapidations exposure at Lease end.
