Contract Administration
Our contract administrator provides a Contract Administration service. We are experienced in managing construction, alteration and refurbishment works in accordance with the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) Building Contract requirements from inception stage to completion.
Pre-contract services include advising Clients on design, preparing detailed technical specifications and drawings, liaising with Sub Consultants, tender pack issue, tender analysis and reporting, procurement and appointment of suitable Contractors.
Once a contract is in place, we will monitor the works against a Specification / Schedule of Works, ensure adherence to programme and budget, undertake periodic site meetings, valuations, certify payments and Practical Completion and ensure a high quality of work is met.
